Celebrate the longest day of the year with us Scandinavian-style! Björk Cafe & Bistro will be offering a special prix-fixe menu at the restaurant on June 20. It will also have boxes available for pre-order and pickup at this year’s Midsummer Festival on Friday, June 20 in Rockefeller Park.

A special menu will include an appetizer with gravlax, herring, Jansson’s temptation, beet salad and more, entrees including Baked Arctic Char, Matjes Herring, and Havredals 50/50 Meatloaf, various dessert options and sparkling Nordic mimosas.
