The United Swedish Societies, Inc. presents the 76th annual SWEDEN DAY midsummer celebration at Manhem Beach Club in the Bronx, New York.
The main program that starts at 2 p.m. features traditional dancing around the maypole, allsång, kids’ activities, Swedish menu, outdoor bar and grill, large in-ground pool and so much more.
Each year we also celebrate an honoree of the year (2016 honoree is Wayne Soderlund), present college scholarships and host a Miss Sweden Day contest. Entertainment will be provided by Smörgåsbandet and Barnklubben Elsa Rix #1.
