Midsommar Dagen

in Duluth, MN: Join us in making Midsommar crafts with Artists Alison and Kirsten Aune and wildflower crowns with members of the Swedish Cultural Society. Learn typical Midsommar songs and dances with Ross Sutter. Ross and Bart Sutter will present "Greet the Folks at Home" in the afternoon with poems and music. Then the majstång (midsommar pole) will be decorated and dancing will commence. Good Swedish coffee and 'something to go with it' will be enjoyed in a kaffe kallas at the end of the afternoon. A Silent Auction of mostly Scandinavian/Nordic items will also take place. A $5 per person donation is requested to cover all of the day's activities.
