As the Arctic faces a critical moment in its history, U.S. Special Representative for the Arctic, Admiral Robert J. Papp, Jr. will share his thoughts on the progress of the U.S. Chairmanship of the Arctic Council at its halfway point, outlining key accomplishments under U.S. leadership, and highlighting the work that remains in preparation for the 2017 Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting in Fairbanks, Alaska, when the United States will hand the Arctic Council gavel to Finland.
